Jack Dally - President
Jack is the founder of Transitions II and provides the overall direction and customer focus necessary to provide high value added data driven marketing solutions. Over the course of his 20-year career in information technology, Jack has held a variety of marketing and information management responsibilities including positions at Epsilon Data Management and Boole & Babbage. His career spans the development of high speed personalization systems for use in the production of direct marketing and mail programs, the management of direct marketing data centers and systems, and creation of multiple turn-key marketing system solutions for Fortune 1000 companies. As a result of his varied responsibilities in R&D, sales, marketing and general management, Jack has a keen perspective and pragmatic approach to achieving goal-oriented results.

Tony Fu - Vice President, Business Development
Tony is an information technology professional with over 20 years experience in the management and delivery of professional services. His career spans a broad cross section of industries and disciplines within information systems including positions at AOL, Netscape, TRW and Teradata. Tony has overseen large budget IT systems initiatives for several Fortune 1000 companies. Additionally, Tony has extensive hands on experience in delivering and supporting consulting engagements across a wide variety of industries. Tony holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from UCLA as well as a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering

Theresa Kobylinski - Director, Client Services
Theresa has been supporting Customers in their Direct Marketing activities for over 15 years. From high-tear fundraising, to Consumer/Brand Marketing, she has been instrumental in the success of her customers marketing programs. Theresa has experience designing and managing all aspects of direct marketing programs, understanding the clients business and their data. She has developed complex email marketing strategies for companies that included Apple Computer, Netcentives, Victoria's Secret, Illuminations, Lexus and Homestore.

Brad Woody - Principal Systems Analyst
Brad Woody has 18 years of IT experience in many industries, including transportation, semiconductors, manufacturing, healthcare, and high-technology. He has worked in business analysis, consulting, management, programming, training, technical support, process improvement, product configuration, and sales & marketing. Brad's diverse experience in Enterprise software applications and implementation management has given him a superior exposure to the many issues and solutions associated with multi-system data integration. His previous experiences include Boole & Babbage, Inc., Credit Evaluation Service, Inc., Good Samaritan Health System, Inc., Hewlett-Packard, Ideal Incentive, Inc., Integrated Device Technology, Laidlaw Education Services, National Engravers, Netscape, Professional Software Training, Inc., and VSplus, Inc. Brad holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science for The University of Iowa.

Anne Wang - Data Analyst
Anne's background in information technology has spanned from Sales and Marketing information systems, operations, traditional information systems, and functions related to accounting and finance. Anne has particular strength in process management in relational databases environment including Oracle, Access, Netezza, RedBrick and other proprietary marketing database systems. She has a tremendous breadth of experience dealing with defining and implementing Data Quality solutions. As a project manager, Anne has proven herself to be exceptional and building client relationships across departments and functions, to assure the seamless flow of data and issue resolution in the very Maxtrixed world of IT responsibilities. Anne Holds an MBA from San Diego State University, and a Degree in Accounting/Finance

Martin Chen - Database Administrator / System Admin. Martin is the guy who keeps the wheels on the wagon for our teams. His unyielding dedication and aptitude to figure out why a system isn't working, gives us a level of reliability and strength in our ability to meet deadlines that are hard to hold to, and yet we do it again and again, due to Martin's fortitude in finding the solutions to keep us going. His solid knowledge of Oracle, and his experience with Business Objects, SPSS, UNIX, Linex, SQL, C, HTML,and excellent organizational skills make him an invaluable contribution to any project. Mr Chen holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems (MIS) with concentrations in Finance, Marketing, and accounting

Chen-Yu Li - Systems Analyst / Programmer
Mr Li is one of our lead developers on custom Oracle database solutions. His attention to detail assures that our implementations go smoothly and stand the test of time in an ever changing business environment. His versatility in SQL, Perl, C, Java JDBC, J2EE architecture, JCE, RMI/CORBA (distributed applications) combined with his strong Networking skills and knowledge of TCP/IP, NAT, Firewall, UNIX network programming, DES, RSA, and SSL, give us a solid technical base to draw upon. Chen-Yu holds a Masters Degree in Computer Engineering from University of California, San Diego, and has been citified as a Network Engineer

Andrea Levin - Designer / Copy writer
Andrea began designing for the web in 1996 at Epsilon for Apple's first online regsitration website. Since then, she's designed and written copy for online direct marketing campaigns, paying strict attention to usablity, branding and crossplatform issues, for such clients AOL, Palm, Kraft, and Victoria's Secret.
